I was given the privilege to review this sweet little board book for Valentine's Day.  The key words are
sweet and little.

Will You Love Me Still was written by Valya Boutenko and was published in 2012.

The book is primarily written from the cat's perspective asking if "I am naughty this way or if I'm naughty that way, will you still love me?"  It goes through 10-12 different scenarios that would be difficult to love any cat through, but the kitty's patient owner shows love for her feline throughout the entire book.  At the end, she states, "No matter what you ever do, I will always love you."

Not only was it an entertaining story for my children, but it made me stop and think.  But instead of a cat, I replaced it with my children's names.  Because almost every single incident that cat participates in, one of my four hoodlums has done:  Eating messy, getting in the way, demanding attention, etc.

It's a board book.  This book is supposed to be a simple baby/toddler/early preschooler book.  It should be fairly short.  It should have bright pictures.  It should have few words on a page (or at the very least rhyme so that the reader can easily memorize it and "read" it when the child is turning the pages back and forth).

This book fits all the board book criteria that I, as a mom, place on it.  It's short, easy to read, and my children love the pictures.

This book was published by The Raw Family and they are giving me the opportunity to give away this book.

One entry per person.
Leave a comment telling me who you would like to give this book to.

This give away will close on February 28, 2012 at noon central time.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!
